No-Refund Policy for Digital Access
AI Films Academy provides immediate access to digital educational content, community resources, templates, and/or other digital materials. Because access is delivered digitally, purchases and subscription charges are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Subscription Cancellation
If you purchase a recurring plan, you may cancel before the next billing date to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation does not create a refund for a billing period that has already started or for digital access already provided.
Technical Access Problems
If you cannot access content because of a technical issue on our side, contact support so we can investigate and restore access. A technical support request does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly with the transaction details so the charge can be reviewed.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
